Over 25 years ago, I discovered castor oil packs to ease belly bloat and support sluggish digestion. I loved how they soothed my body—but eventually, life got busy, and I forgot all about them.
Then, years later, in the wake of the pandemic—amid stress, transitions, and the need for deeper care—castor oil found its way back to me.
Initially, I had a sense that my body was craving it. I bought a pack, began again, finding my body grounding, detoxing, and… feeling better.
