Resistance is natural. Conditioning—old beliefs, fears, and family patterns—can make the heart contract, slow the momentum, or create doubts. Yet this is not a roadblock. Working through these contractions is how we learn, integrate, and move closer to living in alignment with our soul’s purpose.
