My journey to becoming a Certified Intuitive Energy Healer started long before my 20-year career in coaching and development. It actually began with my grandmother. She was my first mentor, introducing me to meditation, mindfulness, and yoga as a child. She showed me how to slow down and find my own center – a gift that shaped who I am today. Now, I’m bringing these two halves of my life together into one practice.
Perhaps you’re feeling a bit stuck, navigating a big life change, or simply sensing a quiet inner spark inviting you to listen to your own needs. I have a special place in my heart for working with others during these pivotal moments because I have been there too. The impact of Wendy’s teachings was so transformative during my own major life change that I feel deeply passionate about helping others as they find their way back to themselves.
I’m here to be a supportive, collaborative partner as you navigate your unique journey. My role is to offer a safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are and explore what’s coming up for you. Since your needs evolve, our sessions will be flexible and personalized. Our healing sessions may incorporate intuitive energy healing, grounding work, guided meditation, breath work, Reiki, or supportive conversation.
I’m a Certified Intuitive Energy Healer through Wendy De Rosa’s School of Intuitive Studies, Reiki Master, and certified yoga teacher.
