As a highly sensitive empath, I found myself living with chronic pain, anxiety, migraines, burnout, and autoimmune issues. Intuitive Energy Healing has been an integral and profound part of my own personal healing journey. By combining energy healing with my passion for herbal medicine, I have been able to heal my body mind and spirit in ways that I never thought were possible.
I am deeply grateful for and dedicated to this work and I’m passionate about being a guide for others who are embarking on their own healing journeys. By providing a safe, collaborative and supportive space for all of what is alive in you to be felt, seen, heard and transformed, I know that together we can move you towards the healing and growth that you are looking for.
If you are searching for more clarity, ease and flow in your life, more authenticity in your relationships, and to experience a deeper connection with your true self then please reach out to me. I would be honoured to walk this healing path with you.

Testimonials
I experienced Krystle to be delicately attentive and skilled in the way she helped me let go of fears that were holding me back, as well as supporting me to embody my light. Through her gentle invitation, and a sense of truly being held in a safe space, I connected with the courage I needed to be fully here as myself in this lifetime. I’ll never forget her astute and loving confirmation that: “Walking in the world as your authentic self is one of the most courageous acts I feel we can do.” I felt seen and compassionately guided by Krystle, and have no hesitation in recommending her as an extremely sensitive and gifted healer. With love, Liz B.

I would like to enthusiastically recommend booking an intuitive healing session with Krystle! I have had the honor and privilege to receive multiple healing sessions with her and I can say, without a shred of doubt, that I have received some of my deepest healings with her guidance. She was patient, present, and had such a beautiful way of guiding me through the sessions. Her intuition was spot-on each time and allowed me to reach a part of me that was ready to let go and heal. Her ability to call in angels and guides left me feeling very supported and safe. I have a hard time expressing my gratitude for Krystle and I would love for more people to witness her healing gifts. Blessings, Stephanie

I have been fortunate enough to have received multiple healings with Krystle, and each time, I was consistently blown away with her:
-accuracy in assessing my energy body and finding the issues;
– ability to see/hear my spirit team and take assistance from them, and even to pass along messages from them
– soft, caring manner in creating a beautiful, healing space where I felt held and supported
-excellent questions to truly get to the root of the issue(s)
-the way she put aside everything to focus completely on providing the best healing possible.
I will be so confident in an amazing session and outcome the next time I receive a healing from Krystle – because I will do so again for sure! – Arlette
