As I welcome you to my Bio, imagine receiving a warm, comforting hug infused with golden white light and limitless, unconditional love. Imagine this energetic hug giving you a deep sense of safety and security – beyond what you have ever felt. While receiving this warm embrace, feel yourself for a moment, melt into the space where you are free to be the best version of YOU. Take hold of that feeling, seize that space and savor it.
This, my friend, is the Divine, healing energy that I am called to share with you. It is where we are sourced. It is how we heal. It is why we are not the same person we were 10 years ago, 5 years ago or even yesterday. It is transformative, it is empowering, and it is always available. And please know that if you weren’t able to imagine that energetic hug to the extent that you may have wanted, please know that it’s ok. You are exactly where you are meant to be, and the fact that you are here means more than anything! I bow to you for having the courage to be here and for showing up for you.

With that, I will jump right in and share that I grew up a preacher’s kid during the 70’s – 80’s who refused to wear dresses, who liked girls more than boys, who questioned everything, and yes, as you may have guessed, was quite rebellious. I was a high school dropout who later earned a Master’s Degree in Education with endorsements in Special Education and English as a Second Language. Along my teaching career, I met an incredible Occupational Therapist who introduced me to a life changing sound bath. My entire world turned upside-down as I developed an insatiable appetite to learn as much as I could about chakras, meditation, and all things within new age spirituality.

For the past 12 years, I have studied with various teachers, certified healers and assistants who helped me quiet my monkey mind, who taught me about my energetic system, who helped me delve deep within my layers and investigate my conditioning. They helped me understand why I have always been the way I have been “too sensitive”, “too hard”, “too much”, “not enough”, etc. and more importantly, how to accept and love myself despite everything. They have all played an integral part in the heart breaking, painful, deep healing that has taken place. They have all taught me tools that have helped me deflect the energy of others, how to ground, how to tap into my central channel and access my higher guidance. For this, I am forever grateful.

Now, it is my honor to be here, offering my love, my guidance and support to you in whatever way that is in your highest good. I would absolutely love to connect with you and hold space for you as we walk alongside one another on our co-creative, spiritual path.
