Shane Di Salvo

Hello there, my name is Shane and I’m so happy you’re here. First off I want to say how awesome it is that you’re doing this work! Taking a deep look within to heal and release is no small feat so good on you! Something brought you to Wendy’s work and now here you are taking it one step further. One of the greatest gifts I got from this work was a sense of coming home to myself and I hope to be able to help you get there as well. I am an empath and a highly sensitive person so before this work I was constantly taking on too much energy. I didn’t know how to differentiate what was my energy and what was others’. To be honest, I didn’t really have a sense of ‘self’. I was always people pleasing. While I am by no means perfect, I can definitely say I have a much better sense of me, my centre and what my boundaries are now. 

Being an empath all I want to do is help people. I can so easily see and feel the pain of others and the world. Now that I know how to use my gifts in a healthy way, I want to help you in anyway I can. I would say I have more of a specialty working with the lower chakras. To me they are part of our foundation and helping in those areas has a ripple effect with our whole system. I’m also a nature lover and enthusiast so grounding is also one of my favourite things to work on. You can easily find me out on a walk in nature with my two pups whenever I have the chance.
