Ever since I can remember, “The Road Not Taken” by Robert Frost has been my favorite poem. I’ve always thought about growth and healing as a willingness to take a less familiar path — to move toward what’s uncomfortable or unknown and to step more fully into who we really are.

This kind of healing work isn’t always easy. At certain moments, having a guide can make a real difference. Many physical, emotional and mental challenges have an energetic component, and intuitive energy healing can help clear what’s stuck and strengthen your connection to your own inner wisdom.

I weave intuitive energy healing with a grounded, somatic approach. Sessions might focus on helping you feel more present and grounded, or they may move into deeper healing layers, depending on what your system is ready for. I use a range of practices — including chakra balancing, Reiki, cutting cords, rewriting contracts and journeying work — depending on what’s most supportive in the moment.

Sometimes I’ll also offer insight into working with your unique energy system and patterns. Throughout our work together, the emphasis is on strengthening your ability to listen to and trust your own inner knowing.

I work co-creatively and hold space with care and respect. Sometimes information comes through me, and sometimes it comes through you. Often, insight shows up first as sensations, images, emotions or subtle shifts. We’ll pay attention to what’s present, even when it doesn’t initially seem “logical.” We move at the pace your system allows. I trust your system’s intelligence, even when things feel slow or unclear. Some people experience meaningful shifts in a single session, while others choose to work together over time to reach deeper roots.

Alongside my work as an intuitive energy healer, I bring a background as a somatic co-active coach, facilitator, and organization development consultant. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals, groups and leaders in finding stability and presence, uncovering what’s getting in their way and finding their footing in moments of uncertainty and change.

I don’t heal you, I help you work with what’s ready to shift — with patience, clarity and a fierce commitment to your highest self. I can’t promise specific outcomes, but I’ve seen that when people show up for themselves, things begin to move.
