From a young age, I sensed the world differently. I could feel the emotions in a room, receive intuitive nudges to reach out to others, and dream of events before they unfolded. These empathic and intuitive gifts were always present, yet without grounding or guidance, they often felt overwhelming. My inner light was there, but it didn’t yet have a clear place to shine.
In my early twenties, a neck and back injury ended my hairdressing career and led me to Myofascial Release therapy. Through that healing work, I learned how the body stores unprocessed experiences and how emotional energy can become stuck, creating pain and imbalance. During this time, I began receiving signs to honor my intuitive nature, but I wasn’t yet ready to fully step into that calling.
Years later, after navigating grief, anxiety, and autoimmune challenges, I found myself once again searching for deeper healing. I realized that when I ignored my intuition, the whispers from God grew louder, guiding me back to my heart light. This led me to become a Certified Reiki Master, and eventually to the School of Intuitive Studies with Wendy DeRosa, where I completed a two‑year program and graduated as an Advanced Intuitive Healer. Along the way, I also fell in love with Sound Healing and became certified in that modality as well.
These trainings brought me home to myself. They helped me reclaim my inner light, expand my intuitive gifts, and step fully onto the path of becoming a healer. Today, I combine Reiki, intuitive energy work, and sound healing to offer a loving, supportive, and safe space for others. In an intuitive energy healing session with me, you’re met with a warm, grounded presence and a space that feels safe enough for your whole being to exhale. I listen deeply to your words, your energy, and the subtle cues of your nervous system so we can gently uncover what’s ready to shift. Together, we explore the roots of old patterns, release stored emotional energy, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen. Through guided insight, energetic clearing, and supportive practices, I help you soften into your body, reclaim your inner wisdom, and experience the relief of coming home to yourself. My intention is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and begin to live from your soul light.

Having Teresa as an Assistant Testimony:

Teresa is a wonderfully gifted healer! She created a safe and comfortable space to hold our session and did a lovely grounding in preparation. She could feel the space around my central channel and was able to feel where my energy was and where there was energy that was not mine and ready to be released.
