REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies for your products, services, and events to support you on your journey to grow, evolve, and heal from a grounded place within. Wendy is a leader and master teacher in the field of Intuitive Energy Healing and the emerging leader within. She continues to create, define, and broaden an understanding within the framework of intuition, energy healing, leadership, and personal responsibility through her expertise and masterfully curated training, healings, books, and teachings. All of the content offered by Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies is intentional and has been demonstrated and proven to support the process of transformation. 

Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies is committed to providing premium offerings and strives to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we want to ensure that our refund policy is fair and protects the interests of our customers as well as our retreats, programs, books, resources, opt-in events and other functions, products and services. 

Please note that by purchasing any of our offerings, you are agreeing to our refund and payment policies. 

PAYMENT POLICY

You are responsible for paying in full for anything you purchase from Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies, including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees. The payment policy is valid regardless of the payment method you choose and also applies to pay in full and payment plans. Payment plans are offered solely at our discretion. The payment policy is also valid for the promotional period you purchase within and does not transfer over to any other promotional period. If, for example, a program price changes and the offers change, there is no transfer to another promotional offer or refund. 

In addition, you agree to provide us with a valid credit card or other valid payment method of your choosing for all purchases made from Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies.  

If you select a payment plan, you will be charged your first payment upon signing up/registering for your event or purchase, if applicable. Any subsequent payments will be automatically collected each month in accordance with the specifics of the payment plan until the balance is satisfied. Completing the checkout process confirms your acknowledgement and agreement with our refund, payment, and terms policies. 

REFUND POLICY FOR LIVE IN-PERSON RETREATS OR EVENTS 

Thank you for choosing us for your retreats and live events. We strive to provide transformative experiences and exceptional value to our participants. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your attendance. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

We do encourage participants to make the decision to join the live event from a very grounded and clear place, and for that reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all participants, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, medical emergencies, personal conflicts, travel disruptions, or any other unforeseen situations. In previous retreats, we encountered challenges related to cancellations and refund requests. These issues not only disrupted our planning and logistics but also affected the overall experience of other participants. To maintain the quality of our retreat and uphold the integrity of the program, we have made the decision to implement a no-refund policy. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, our no-refund policy remains in effect. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover any unexpected losses or changes in your travel plans.  In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, we will communicate alternative options to all registered participants. In the event that we cancel or reschedule an event, we will offer a full refund or a credit towards a future event.


This policy allows us to effectively plan and prepare for our retreats and live events while providing the best experience for all participants. Please note that this policy applies strictly to retreats and live events.

We understand that this may seem stringent, but it is essential for us to uphold the integrity of our events and ensure that our participants are committed to attending. By implementing this policy, we can better manage the resources and spaces allocated for each retreat or live event.

REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PROGRAMS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

The digital content created by Wendy De Rosa is Divinely guided and may create a deeply moving and transformative experience for the individual. Due to the profound impact of these programs and their sensitive nature, the refund policy may differ across programs and offerings. 

GROUNDED SELF REFUND POLICY. This policy also applies to any programs we offer that are less than $300. A service charge of $50.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment toward the program. 

Service charges and refunds will be observed based on the following schedule:

Please note that an individual will lose access to the course and all modules if they leave the program within the 3 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund.

ENERGY HEALING AND INTUITION TRAINING PROGRAM REFUND POLICY. A service charge of $500.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment toward the program. This applies to all methods of payment, including pay in full and payment plans. If an individual elects to pay through a payment plan and later leaves the program, the agreement for all remaining payments is still in effect until the balance has been satisfied.  

Service charges and refunds will be observed based on the following schedule:

There are no refunds after 7 days of Purchase. Payment plans are binding until the balance has been satisfied. Any fees associated with a stop payment, claims of fraud that prove to be unfounded, late payments, or fees incurred due to engaging a third party to recoup costs for nonpayment incurred by Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies that are the result of your decision to stop paying will be added to your balance, and you are responsible. 

Please note that due to the nature of our platform, access to levels is limited. You will lose access to all levels if you fail to make payments on time or complete your payment obligation. When the balance is paid in full, complete access to this program will be reinstated. 

INTUITIVE HEALER TRAINING PROGRAM AND CERTIFICATION REFUND POLICY. A service charge of $500.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment toward the program, regardless of the method of payment or payment plan.  

Service charges and refunds will be observed based on the following schedule:

Please note that access to levels is limited due to the nature of our platform. If you elect to discontinue the program for any reason, you will lose access to all levels. Due to the sensitive nature of this program and its inherent dependence on enrollment and live facilitation, you are still responsible for any unmet balance, and access to this program is forfeited. Any fees associated with a stop payment, claims of fraud that prove to be unfounded, late payments, or fees accessed by a third party to recoup costs for nonpayment that Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies incurs resulting from nonpayment or failure to pay, will be added to your balance and you will be responsible.

LEAD FROM YOUR LIGHT UNAPOLOGETICALLY GRADUATE PROGRAM. A service charge of $500.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment toward the program. The  Service charges and refunds will be observed based on the following schedule:

DIGITAL STORE AND LIVE AND RECORDED DIVINE GUIDANCE HEALINGS CANCELLATION POLICY

We deeply value the pursuit of individual growth through guided healing, meditation, energy clearing, and intuition training. To ensure clarity, please note that our cancellation policies vary between individual-guided healing and meditation sessions and our courses.

Individual-Divine Guidance Healings, Single Meditations, and Bundles:

Refunds: Regrettably, individual-guided healing meditations and bundles are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. (No exceptions)

Digital Content: All digital content within the digital store is ineligible for a return. 

*Please see the refund policy outlined in this policy for each of the following offerings:  The Energy Healing Intuition Training, Intuitive Healer Training Program, and Certification, Lead From Your Light Unapologetically Graduate Program, as each has a unique policy specific to its program. 

 

REFUND POLICY FOR ASSISTANTS.  Please note we will no longer be offering assistants packages as of March 2024. This policy is for any assistant packages purchased prior to March 2024. There is no service charge to transfer to an alternative assistant after the purchase of your package.  However, transfers are only eligible after the first session.  A service charge of $175.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment toward the assistant if you no longer want to have an assistant and would not like to transfer your credits. Transfers and refunds are only eligible up until after the initial consult or session with the original assistant chosen.  Service charges and refunds will be observed based on the following schedule:

COMPLETION TIMEFRAME

You have 4 months to complete your assistant package (IHTP 2023 program students are excluded from this time frame).  You will have the option to purchase more time with your assistant if extended time is needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation. A request to reschedule a session within the 24-hour cancellation policy is considered a canceled session. If the student cancels or misses a session within 24 hours prior, No credit to the package is made for missed sessions. If possible, sessions can be rescheduled, and a second deduction of time is made from the package.  If the student provides the assistant with more

than 24 hours advance notice of scheduling conflicts, the assistant can reschedule at no charge or deduction from the package.
