Thank you for choosing Wendy De Rosa, LLC and/or the School of Intuitive Studies for your products, services, and events to support you on your journey to grow, evolve, and heal. Wendy De Rosa is a leader and expert teacher in the field of Intuitive Energy Healing and the emerging leader within. She continues to create, define, and broaden an understanding within the framework of intuition, energy healing, leadership, and personal responsibility through her expertise and masterfully curated training, healings, books, and teachings. All of the content offered by Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies is intentional, has been demonstrated, and proven to support the process of transformation. 

Wendy De Rosa, LLC and/or the School of Intuitive Studies is committed to providing premium offerings and want to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we want to ensure that our Refund and Payment Policy is fair and protects the interests of our customers as well as our retreats, programs, books, resources, opt-in events and other functions, products and services (collectively, the “Offerings”). 

This policy also applies to The Sanctuary (monthly membership program). By purchasing The Sanctuary membership, you agree to the payment, renewal, and cancellation terms outlined below.

Please note that by purchasing any of our Offerings, you are agreeing to our refund and payment policies (“Refund and Payment Policy”) as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which can be found here: PRIVACY POLICY and Terms and Conditions. Any terms not defined herein shall take on the meaning ascribed to them in the foregoing policies, as applicable. If you do not want to agree to any of the foregoing policies, you must not access or use the Website or purchase any of our Offerings.

PAYMENT POLICY

When you make a purchase from Wendy De Rosa, LLC and/or the School of Intuitive Studies, you agree to pay in full, including all applicable taxes and fees. This policy applies regardless of your chosen payment method and includes payment plans, which are offered at our discretion. 

In addition, you agree to provide us with a valid credit card or other valid payment method of your choosing for all purchases made from Wendy De Rosa, LLC and/or the School of Intuitive Studies.  

Upon signing up or registering for an event or purchase, your first payment will be charged immediately if you select a payment plan. Subsequent payments will be automatically collected each month according to the plan’s terms until the balance is paid in full. Completing the checkout process confirms your acknowledgment and agreement with our Refund and Payment Policy. 

PURCHASE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR THE SANCTUARY ONLINE MEMBERSHIP
 

The Sanctuary is a recurring, auto-renewing membership available on a monthly or annual basis, billed automatically to the payment method on file at the rate displayed at checkout. Any introductory or promotional pricing will automatically roll over to the standard rate unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. 

Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time prior to their next renewal date to avoid additional charges. To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing date, all requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to renewal.

  • Cancellations received less than 72 hours before renewal may not be processed in time, and your payment could still be charged.
  • Once your request is submitted through the cancellation form, our system will automatically acknowledge receipt and begin processing your cancellation within 72 hours.

If your payment has already been processed, refund requests are not guaranteed and will only be considered if your cancellation was submitted in accordance with the timeline above.

When a refund is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for it to appear in your account.

Promotional Periods

You may receive one free promotional month of The Sanctuary.
 If you choose to re-enroll after a promotional period or after canceling, you will be billed the standard monthly fee at the time of enrollment.

Refund Policy

  • All Sanctuary memberships are non-refundable once billing has occurred.
  • There are no partial-month or partial-year refunds and no retroactive refunds for unused time.
     When you cancel, your access to The Sanctuary’s portal, community, and content will remain active through the end of your current paid term, after which your membership will not renew.

Additional Policies

  • In the rare event that Wendy De Rosa must cancel a scheduled Divine Guidance Healing due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduled or postponed date will be provided to ensure the monthly live healing still takes place.
  • If The Sanctuary membership is discontinued mid-year due to unforeseen circumstances, annual members will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of their membership.
  • If monthly members are charged for a month in which The Sanctuary will no longer continue, a full refund for that final charge will be issued.

REFUND POLICY FOR LIVE IN-PERSON RETREATS OR EVENTS

Thank you for choosing us for your retreats and live events. We strive to provide transformative experiences and exceptional value to our participants. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your attendance. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following refund policy for live in-person retreats or events:

We do encourage participants to make the decision to join the live event from a very grounded and clear place, and for that reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all participants, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, medical emergencies, personal conflicts, travel disruptions, or any other unforeseen situations. In previous retreats, we encountered challenges related to cancellations and refund requests. These issues not only disrupted our planning and logistics but also affected the overall experience of other participants. To maintain the quality of our retreat and uphold the integrity of the program, we have made the decision to implement a no-refund policy. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, our no-refund policy remains in effect. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover any unexpected losses or changes in your travel plans.  In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, we will communicate alternative options to all registered participants. In the event that we cancel or reschedule an event, we will offer a full refund or a credit towards a future event, as determined in our sole discretion.

This policy allows us to effectively plan and prepare for our retreats and live events while providing the best experience for all participants. Please note that this policy applies strictly to retreats and live events.

We understand that this may seem stringent, but it is essential for us to uphold the integrity of our events and ensure that our participants are committed to attending. By implementing this policy, we can better manage the resources and spaces allocated for each retreat or live event.

Please review these policies carefully before making your purchase. We value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PROGRAMS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

The digital content created by Wendy De Rosa, LLC is divinely guided and may create a deeply moving and transformative experience for the individual. Due to the profound impact of these programs and their sensitive nature, the refund policy may differ across programs and Offerings. 

 

GROUNDED SELF REFUND POLICY. For programs under $300, a service charge of $50.00 will be withheld following commitment and initial payment toward the program. Refunds are observed according to the following schedule: 

  • Up to three (3) days from the date of purchase: $50.00 service charge withheld; remaining balance refunded within thirty (30) days.

Please note that access to the course and all modules will be lost if you leave the program within 3 days of purchase and receive a refund.

 

ENERGY HEALING AND INTUITION TRAINING PROGRAM REFUND POLICY. For our energy healing and intuition training program, a service charge of $500.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment. Refunds are observed according to the following schedule:

  • Seven (7) days from the date of purchase: $500.00 service charge withheld; remaining balance refunded within thirty (30) days.  
  • No refunds after seven (7) days of purchase. Payment plans are binding until the balance is satisfied.

Any fees associated with a stop payment, claims of fraud that prove to be unfounded, late payments, or fees incurred due to engaging a third party to recoup costs for nonpayment incurred by Wendy De Rosa, LLC and/or the School of Intuitive Studies that are the result of your decision to stop paying will be added to your balance, and you are responsible. 

Please note that due to the nature of our platform, access to levels is limited. You will lose access to all levels if you fail to make payments on time or complete your payment obligation. When the balance is paid in full, complete access to this program will be reinstated. 

 

INTUITIVE HEALER TRAINING PROGRAM AND CERTIFICATION REFUND POLICY. For our intuitive healer training program and certification, a service charge of $500.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment. Refunds are observed according to the following schedule:

  • Seven (7) days from the date of purchase: $500.00 service charge withheld; remaining balance refunded within thirty (30) days.
  • Between 7 days after the time of purchase to 7 days after the start of the program (which is the opening of the portal) $1000 is retained, and the remaining balance is refunded within (30) days.
  • No refunds after seven (7) days of the start of the program. Payment plans are binding until the balance is satisfied.

Please note that access to levels is limited due to the nature of our platform. If you elect to discontinue the program for any reason, you will lose access to all levels. Due to the sensitive nature of this program and its inherent dependence on enrollment and live facilitation, you are still responsible for any unmet balance, and access to this program is forfeited. Any fees associated with a stop payment, claims of fraud that prove to be unfounded, late payments, or fees accessed by a third party to recoup costs for nonpayment that Wendy De Rosa, LLC and/or the School of Intuitive Studies incurs resulting from nonpayment or failure to pay, will be added to your balance and you will be responsible.

 

THE GRAD CIRCLE. A service charge of $500.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment toward the program. This applies to all methods of payment, including pay in full and payment plans. If an individual elects to pay through a payment plan and later leaves the program, the agreement for all remaining payments is still in effect until the balance has been satisfied.  

Service charges and refunds will be observed based on the following schedule:

If you register within 30 days of the course start, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided the course has not yet begun. All refunds are subject to a $500 non-refundable deposit to cover administrative and planning costs. 

There are no refunds after the start of the program. Payment plans are binding until the balance has been satisfied. 

Once the course has started, no refunds will be granted.

Please note that access to levels is limited due to the nature of our platform. If you elect to discontinue the program for any reason, you will lose access to all levels. Due to the sensitive nature of this program and its inherent dependence on enrollment and live facilitation, you are still responsible for any unmet balance, and access to this program is forfeited. Any fees associated with a stop payment, claims of fraud that prove to be unfounded, late payments, or fees accessed by a third party to recoup costs for nonpayment that Wendy De Rosa and/or the School of Intuitive Studies incurs resulting from nonpayment or failure to pay, will be added to your balance and you will be responsible.

 

LEAD FROM YOUR LIGHT UNAPOLOGETICALLY GRADUATE PROGRAM. For our graduate program, a service charge of $500.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment. Refunds are observed according to the following schedule:

  • Three (3) days from the date of purchase: $500.00 service charge withheld; remaining balance refunded within thirty (30) days.
  • No refunds after three (3) days of purchase. Payment plans are binding until the balance is satisfied.

Any fees associated with a stop payment, claims of fraud that prove to be unfounded, late payments, or fees accessed by a third party to recoup costs for nonpayment that Wendy De Rosa, LLC and/or the School of Intuitive Studies incurs resulting from nonpayment or failure to pay, will be added to your balance. Please note that due to the nature of our platform, access to levels is limited. If an individual fails to pay, he or she forfeits access to all levels.

 

DIGITAL STORE AND LIVE AND RECORDED DIVINE GUIDANCE HEALINGS CANCELLATION POLICY

We deeply value the pursuit of individual growth through guided healing, meditation, energy clearing, and intuition training. To ensure clarity, please note that our cancellation policies vary between individual-guided healing and meditation sessions and our courses.

  • Individual-Divine Guidance Healings, Single Meditations, and Bundles are non-refundable. 
  • All digital content within the digital store is ineligible for return.

*Please see the refund policy outlined in this policy for each of the following Offerings:  The Energy Healing Intuition Training, Intuitive Healer Training Program, and Certification, Lead From Your Light Unapologetically Graduate Program, as each has a unique policy specific to its program. 

REFUND POLICY FOR ASSISTANTS.  As of April 2024, assistant packages are no longer offered. For assistant packages purchased prior to April 2024: 

  • There is no service charge to transfer to an alternative assistant after the purchase of your package. However, transfers are only eligible after the first session.
  • A service charge of $175.00 is withheld following commitment and initial payment toward the assistant if you choose not to transfer your credits.
  • Refunds are observed based on the following schedule:
  • From purchase until the completion of the first session: $175.00 service charge withheld; remaining balance refunded within thirty (30) days.
  • After the first session: No service charge, transfer of remaining credits to a different assistant. Please note, the package does not start over.
  • Unused package time will not be refunded.

You have 4 months to complete your assistant package, excluding IHTP 2023 program students. Additional time can be purchased if needed. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation. Rescheduling within the 24-hour cancellation policy is considered a canceled session. Missed sessions within 24 hours prior will not be credited. Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty if conflicts are communicated more than 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
